Air Blower

e-Water Mission India Pvt. Ltd. utilizes Water Treatment Air Blowers for various applications requiring air for drying, blowing, and combinations, particularly in high-pressure, low-volume scenarios. These blowers feature impellers with both backward and forward curved blades, meticulously crafted for optimal performance. Equipped with advanced motors and housed in sturdy metallic bodies, our blowers ensure robustness and durability, guaranteeing reliable operation even in demanding environments. We prioritize precision engineering to meet the exacting standards of our clients, ensuring seamless integration and efficient functionality for all water treatment processes.

Jet Aerator

“Revolutionizing water treatment, e-water Mission India Pvt Ltd introduces the Jet Aerator, a pinnacle of innovation in our comprehensive solutions. Designed for optimal efficiency and durability, our Jet Aerator exemplifies our unwavering commitment to excellence.

Air Diffuser

An air diffuser, often referred to as a sparger diffuser, serves as an essential aeration tool in wastewater treatment applications. Its main purpose is to introduce air, along with oxygen, into sewage or industrial wastewater. This oxygenation process is critical for supporting the metabolic activities of aerobic microorganisms or bacteria residing in the water, which are responsible for breaking down organic pollutants. Moreover, air diffusers can be employed to effectively mix large volumes of water, ensuring uniform oxygen dispersion and optimizing various treatment processes. e-Water Mission India Pvt. Ltd. is one of the companies that specialize in providing such wastewater treatment solutions.

Clarifier

Tube settlers which are also known as plate settlers or lamella clarifiers are used in drinking- and wastewater treatment plants to settle out suspended solids. Depending on the application the TSS (total suspended solids) loading can vary between 50 to 500mg/l or more.

A clarifier is generally used to remove solid particulates or suspended solids from liquid for clarification and (or) thickening. Concentrated impurities, discharged from the bottom of the tank are known as sludge, while the particles that float to the surface of the liquid are called scum.

Features

  • Tube settlers capture the settleable fine floc that escapes the clarification zone beneath the tube settlers and allows the larger floc to travel to the tank bottom in a more settleable form. The tube settler’s channel collects solids into a compact mass which promotes the solids to slide down the tube channel.
  • Clarifiers work on the principle of gravity settling. The heavier suspended solids settle in the clarifier due to the quiescent conditions provided in the Clarification zone. The settled solids are swept to the centre well provided for collection of sludge with help of moving scraper blades.
  • A primary clarifier is a wastewater treatment unit used to separate heavy solids and grease from wastewater. This is the first stage in wastewater treatment. It consists in preparing the water for the following treatments. A primary clarifier works by gravity, with coarse waste floating to the surface.
  • Secondary clarifiers are aimed at separating the biomass and sending it back to the system in the form of RAS for the further processing of incoming wastewater using this settled biomass.

Tube Media

It’s mainly used to study the motility of microorganisms, distinguish between motile and non-motile bacterial strains (through U-tube and Cragie’s tube), and cultivate microaerophilic bacteria – bacteria on this media appear as a thick line.

The settlers use multiple tubular channels sloped at an angle of 60° and adjacent to each other, which combine to form an increased effective settling area. This provides for a particle settling depth that is significantly less than the settling depth of a conventional clarifier, reducing settling times.

Flow Meter

The e-Water Mission India Pvt. Ltd. designed a flow meter specifically tailored for wastewater flows in partially filled pipes. This innovative flow meter accurately measures flows of water that do not occupy the entire pipe area. By simultaneously gauging the flow rate and height of the water flow, the meter efficiently calculates the volume of water passing through.

Solenoid Valves

e-Water Mision India Pvt. Ltd. offers Solenoid Valves designed for controlling the feed stream in reverse osmosis or other water treatment systems. Our valves are available in a wide range of pressure ratings, sizes, and resilient materials to ensure long service life and minimal internal leakage.

Industrial UPVC & PPRH Piping

e-Water Mission India Pvt. Ltd. utilizes UPVC pipes in pressurized systems, catering to a wide array of applications including water treatment plants, RO water plants, DM water plants, softener plants, as well as for handling chemicals like HCL and caustic. These UPVC pipes are integral in various operations such as HCL and caustic pipelines, ETP pumping works, and more

Pumps & Utility Piping

e-Water Mission India Pvt. Ltd. specializes in utility piping solutions, facilitating the supply of essential fluids vital for production processes. Among its offerings are pipelines catering to a range of needs, including chilled water, steam, hot water, process water, air, nitrogen, and more. These utility pipelines play a critical role in supporting various industrial operations, ensuring seamless fluid transmission without interfering with the primary production processes.
